Rates are based on double occupancy - add $15.00 for each additional person.

Reservations are required with a $50.00 (minimum) deposit (secured by credit card number).

Deposit is refundable if cancelled before five days of reserved date.

Cancellations with less than 36 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your stay.

There is a strict no smoking policy in all rooms

Smoking is allowed on the decks.

An additional $50.00 charge will be placed on customer's credit card for smoking in the rooms.
